Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule or cancel any appointment within 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client’s credit card will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. We thank you for understanding and thank you in advance. 

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. While we don’t offer refunds on services rendered, we offer a two-week grace period after your original appointment to have any issue that may arise corrected. 

Cashless Policy

We no longer carry change in the register and do not have envelopes available at the desk. If you wish to tip your stylist, please do so through the VENMO app listed at our front desk or please hand the cash directly to your stylist. 

Punctuality Policy

A 15-minute grace period is permitted to all clients on all services. After those 15 minutes, Stylists retain the right to reschedule any client that arrives after the grace period. Please understand that this policy is in place so that the stylist does not run late for their next scheduled appointment.
